Momossheet • All purpose flour • Choppedonion,carrot,beans,garlic,capsicum • Salt • Black Pepper, red chilly, Cabbage • Half cup yogurt(for marination) • One tablespoon tandoori masala (for marination) • One tablespoon ginger garlic paste (for marination) Ingredients:
Take all purpose flour in a bowl then add salt. • Add one tablespoon oil in pan. • Then, add garlic and ginger, green chillies, cabbage and black pepper and saute for two minutes. • Add soya sauce, then add grinded soya chunks • Take a small portion of dough as we take of puri • Roll it a little with a rolling pin • Take the momos coat it with this mixture and grill it on the grilling pan by applying some oil on both the sides • Grill until crisp and serve.
