Electronic • You will learn how electronic communication is used, including: • Telecommunications systems • PA Systems • Networks, LAN (Intranet) and WAN (Internet) • Word processing • Spreadsheets • Databases • Desktop Publishing
People • You will learn about the different methods of communication between people: • Meetings • Discussions • Their use in different business situations
