AEROBIC POWER Aerobic power is where you keep the oxygen spreading throughout the body when you are exercising for a long period of time. NEEDED FOR WHAT SPORTS: marathon running
SPEED The ability which your body parts start immediately in a quick motion. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: Sprints like 100 meters
MUSCULAR ENDURANCE To keep all body parts working together for a long period of time and oxygen to all parts. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: kayaking of whit water rafting or even marathon running.
AGILITY It is the ability to swiftly change position. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: surfing, shuttle running or paddle surfing
BALANCE To be able to keep a still body in a particular stance. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: gymnastics
MUSCULAR POWER Muscles ability to form a quick explosive effort. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: baseball or cricket
FLEXIBILITY The range motion of your joints. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: gymnastics
MUSCULAR STRENGTH The force of a muscle or a group of muscles exerting from a single maximal contraction. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: weight lifting
CO-ORDINATION It is all your body parts working together. NEEDED IN WHAT SPORTS: tennis or basketball.
