  2. Exodus 33:12-17 ESV Moses said to the LORD, "See, you say to me, 'Bring up this people,' but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. Yet you have said, 'I know you by name, and you have also found favorin my sight.' 13Now therefore, if I have found favor in your sight, please show me now your ways, that I may know you in order tofind favorin your sight. Consider too that this nation is your people.” • You can’t achieve favor, you must receive favor.

  3. 14And he said, "My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest." 15And he said to him, "If your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here. 16For how shall it be known that I have found favorin your sight, I and your people? Is it not in your going with us, so that we are distinct, I and your people, from every other people on the face of the earth?”17And the LORD said to Moses, "This very thing that you have spoken I will do, for you have found favor in my sight, and I know you by name." Exodus 33:12-17 ESV

  4. THE FAVOR OF GOD IS: The guarantee of His presence and the provision of His power to accomplish His special purpose in and through my life. The favor OF God is not the same as favors from God.

  5. "Greetings you who are highly favored, the LORD is with you.” Luke 1:28 • God’s favor is not for our convenience, but for His Purpose in us “God didn’t choose you because of performance but because of your purpose” God’s favor isn't fair, it’s a byproduct of God's grace

  6. Operate in God’s Favor 1. Expect Frame your world with favor. • I will look on you with favor and make you fruitful &increase your numbers, &I will keep my covenant with you.Lev. 26:9 • For the LORD God is a sun &shield; the LORD bestows favor &honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.Ps. 84:11 • Then you will win favor &a good name in the sight of God and man.Prov. 3:4 • …praising God &enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:47

  7. Operate in God’s Favor 2. Recognize Open your eyes to Divine opportunity. For surely, O LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield. Psalm 5:12 God will give you the favor you need for the season you're in to do what He's called you to do.

  8. Operate in God’s Favor 3. Respond Give yourself to obedience. “The child Samuel grew in stature, and in favor both with the Lord and men.” 1 Sam 2:26 “Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.” (Luke 2:52) When we give ourselves in obedience, Gods favor will follow you as you follow God.
