Green Island, due to its volcanic terrain, was once known as “Fire- Burned Island.” It is located 18 miles in the sea east of Taitung. It is the fourth largest island to Taiwan. However, it is just around 16 square kilometers large. It is ideal for you to rent a scooter or a car and tour around the island.
