  2. Who we are We have been in business for over 12 years supporting the Disability Services industry with our solution, SET-Works. SET-Works is our Integrated Electronic Management system, which was created from the ground up for the Disability Services industry. It is accessible securely online, and is used by many providers around the nation to manage their services. We specialize in effectively tracking consumer data in services spanning Employment Services, Residential, Day Services, Case Management, Transportation, and more, and assist with many internal functions within Electronic Billing, Timesheets, Staff Management, and Reporting. We love serving this industry and improving the delivery of services nationwide! Our headquarters are in Kansas City, MO.

  8. Digging deeper: SET-Works Overview Every user has their own calendar, which is shared with other staff, supervisors, and managers. Everything can be done from the calendar – appointments, documentation, time tracking. Our clients love how simple SET-Works is to use! SET-Works can be accessed securely via any computer, tablet, or phone, from the office, on-site, or at home. Every staff receives their own secure login, and are assigned roles, with each role having privileges that are configurable throughout the application. The system has hundreds of validation points, making sure the work being done is accurate, and of the best quality.

  9. Digging deeper: Daily Staff Documentation One Activity Record Type: Effortlessly document on outcomes and goals with intervention and assessment keys that are relevant to your services. Over time, easily track how the individual is trending on each goal. Staff perform their daily documentation on what we call “Activity Records”. Different types of Activity Records exist for different needs. Once documented, staff electronically sign the record, and the manager reviews the work and then counter-signs. Activity Records are simple, but powerful. They allow automation of a lot of tasks, from electronic billing, to timesheets, authorization tracking, reviewing and signing documentation, and viewing trends.

  10. Digging deeper: Employer Management Perform Workplace and Job Analyses to ensure the ideal job is found for every individual. Track contacts, placements, wage and benefit information, upload files, and so much more. Track your employers and manage detailed profiles for each.

  11. Digging deeper: Going Paperless Make your forms electronic by utilizing the extensive individual profile features available within SET-Works. Many state forms are also already available within SET-Works, and when not, we work with our clients to get their unique forms represented electronically.

  12. Digging deeper: View Reports and Trends View trends on various individual data points, such as individual goals and strategies, and track organization-level trends. Over 160 reports are available to meet nearly any reporting need. When not, we work with our clients to get their unique forms represented electronically.

  13. Digging deeper: Electronic Billing Simply create a batch, select the records to be submitted, and click submit. That’s it! Effortlessly bill to any funding source through SET-Works. Once submitted, the records will be locked so no changes can be made to them.

  14. Digging deeper: Manage Staff Our clients also manage their HR functions through SET-Works. Each staff has their own SET-Works account and extensive profile. Perform annual reviews, set staff goals, create staff notes, receive notifications when certifications expire, upload and tag files, and so much more!

Client Support Executive Support Aside from staff having technical questions, from time to time client executive or directors will have reasons to contact us ranging from operational queries, to requests for new features within SET-Works, to just bouncing ideas off of us. To support executives, we assign dedicated support staff to them with direct numbers and e-mail addresses. Technical Support We work standard business hours, but we understand a lot of documentation happens outside of work hours at home or in the office, and so we’re flexible. Client staff can contact us through e-mail, phone, or via our internal SET-Works Support System, anytime. All our staff are US based and experts on SET-Works and the industry.
