MCM for Next Generation Wireless • Next generation wireless systems are characterized by their high demand on adaptability to a wide range of channels and traffic conditions and patterns • Multi-carrier modulation (MCM) is an attractive candidate for satisfying this demand (DMT, OFDM, MC-CDMA,… ) • Optimization of MCM functions can be handled together with network and application functions (PAR, channel modeling,…)
