What iste does for you Your members get the Super Early Bird rate ($269/ISTE members or $378/non-ISTE members) extended from April 1 to May 1. We promote your organization and your conference activities to our attendees in your state/region. You get 3 VIP seats at each keynote session. You get 1 free registration for next year’s conference for every 15 of your members who attend this year.
Optional perks Reserve a hotel block for your leadership or members. Reserve a space at a conference headquarters hotel to host a reception to promote your organization. Host a booth at the conference to promote your organization. Use a direct mail list of registrants in your state/region.
What you do for ISTE • Promote ISTE 2014 to your members throughout the year using a variety of member communication channels. • Feature ISTE 2014 on your website. • Give an invitation to ISTE 2014 during a general session at your annual conference. • Tweet before and during ISTE 2014 using #ISTE2014. • Submit a semi-annual and annual fulfillment report.
What you do for ISTE~ at iste’s request • Include flyers as a seat drop or bag inserts (most likely only at places we exhibit). • Include a display ad in your conference program – printed or mobile. • Arrange an exhibit booth for ISTE at no cost if we request to exhibit at your conference.

How iste promotes you What How We will ask for your customized text. Emails will be sent to our new registrants about two weeks after they register. We will ask if you’re interested. How iste promotes you What How Similar to ongoing email, but you’ll have an opportunity to update your text to highlight current offerings. How iste promotes you What How Invitation goes out in Dec or Jan. You’ll need to staff the booth during exhibit hours. We already have your conference dates but would like your hash tags! • Host or co-host a booth at the conference to promote your organization. • We’ll mention you in our social media as best as we can fit it into our schedule.
Even more perks! What: Hotel block for your leadership or members How: Requests have already been submitted. Confirmations will be sent to you on Nov 4/5 directly from Experient. “Public” = can navigate to housing pages on our website. “Private” = hidden page but still available online; you’ll be given the link. Reservations must be made with a credit card.
Even more perks! What: Hotel block for your leadership or members How: Online housing opens November 14. Deadline to reserve rooms within the block is March 27. Please remind your leaders/members to use the block. Experient will send you updates periodically between now and then. Questions?
Even more perks! What: Host or co-host a reception How: You can hold your event at our conference headquarters hotel, or find your own space off-site. We will send an invitation for on-site space request in Jan/Feb. You work directly with hotel/event staff to make arrangements. Space is free but food/beverage is your cost.
Even more perks! What: Complimentary conference registrations How: You’ll receive 1 free registration for next year for every 15 of your members who attend this year. Your members MUST indicate membership in your affiliate during their registration process. They can modify their registration later on. We will calculate your free registrations based on post-conference attendance reports. We will send you instructions and a URL to give to the people who will register themselves. This year: instructions/URL will be sent in late October.
