Duplication • If you want to be a successful coach, it’s important that what you train your coaches to do can be easily duplicated. • The 5 Step Coaching Process is the best method for simple duplication and can be done by anyone. • MAKE SURE you plug each new coach into this process immediately!
Training Site • When you’re getting a new coach started, the first thing that you need to have them do is go to the training site www.teamnextlevelcoaching.com and read through the “Start Here” and “5 Step Coaching Process” sections under the “New Coaches” tab. • Once they do that and have an understanding of some of the basic parts of this business, you need to set up a 30 minute call with them.
Initial Phone Call • The first thing that you need to do after they go through the first few steps on the training site is set up a call with him/her within 48 hours. • There should be a sense of urgency on your part. • You can even do a 3-way call with your sponsor or upline if you’re not comfortable with this yet. • Don’t hesitate to ask. • Each phone call should be NO LONGER than 30 minutes. • This keeps you focused and organized with your time.
Initial Phone Call • During the call, there are some things that you need to make sure you go over. • Their “why.” Why did they become a Beachbody Coach? What do they want out of it? • Make sure they are not vague and dig deep. • Their goals. What are their short term and long term goals? • Have them purchase a white dry erase board and write down their goals on it and hang it somewhere they will see it every day. • Personal Development. Have them immediately go out and purchase “The Slight Edge” or “The Magic of Thinking Big,” and commit to reading 10 pages every day. • STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT!
Initial Phone Call • Things to go over continued… • Explain the importance of the 5 Step Process. • (1) Build Relationships (2) Invite to Challenge group (3) Support/Get Results (4) Invite to Coach (5) Duplicate • Questions. Ask them if they have any questions up to this point. • It’s important that you don’t end the phone call with them confused. • Have them plug into the TNL training and go over the “Step 1: Build Relationships” section under the “New Coaches” tab. • Make sure they write down any questions they have while going through the training, and set your 2nd new coach call with them a week later.
Initial Phone Call • Things to go over… • Make sure they request to be a part of the team page on Facebook, and once accepted, have them introduce themselves to the team. • Let them know that the Facebook page is where the team calls each week will be posted, and where they can ask any questions if they need help with anything. • Let them know that they need to join one of your Challenge Groups, and to invite anyone that would like to join as well. • Success Club (See Next Slide)
Success Club • Just like every other rank, it’s IMPORTANT that you stress the importance of hitting Success Club every month to all of the coaches on your team! • Success Club is the driving force in this business. • 1 Point for customer and coaches on Shakeology Home Direct and 2 points for customers and coaches purchasing Challenge Packs. • Coach MUST BE on Shakeology HD themselves to earn SC. • Hitting SC qualifies them for Shakeology leads, and allows them to qualify for incentive trips. • Here’s all the details on SC.
Following Up • It’s important that you set up a call with your new coach every week for the first 4-6 weeks. • During each call you should be focusing on a different topic, or different step. • Week 2- step 2, week 3- step 3, etc. • During the 2nd call on, it’s important to make sure the coach is focusing on building relationships and inviting people to Challenge Groups. • Don’t forget to have them and their customers join one of your groups or an upline Diamond’s group. • Challenge your new coach, give them takeaways, push them. • Make sure the new coach is staying organized and committed, and continuing to plug into the training. • A good book for organization is “Eat That Frog” by Brian Tracy.
Communication • It’s very important that you pass down any and all information passed on to you by your upline. • Team calls, events, documents, etc. • You can do so by Facebook messages, tagging on Facebook, email, phone call, etc. • Stress the importance of plugging into the Team Calls each week. • There is a LOT of great information shared!
