  2. PROBLEM • Client: Novice Users • Creating a better and effective workout experience for novice users, who has no idea or experience about any workout plans. • Solution: Generating a random workout will effectively improve and motivate a novice users to workout.

User Study Condition • 20 participants • Two Groups: Between Subjects • Old Interface (9 participants) • New Interface (11 participants) • Hypothesis: Novice users using the new random workout interface will help improve and motivate their workout experience compared to novice users using the existing interface. • The independent variables where the two interfaces.

  7. Satisfaction • Question 9 : How satisfied were you with the workouts provided by the system?

  8. Motivation • Question 10 : How motivated are you after using the interface provided?

  9. Overall Experience • Question 11 : How satisfied were you with the overall experience?

  10. Final Results • Based on the averages of the participants satisfaction, motivation & overall experience: • T-value: 4.20 > 1.96 (Excellent) • P-value: 0.001 < 0.05 (Excellent)
