And all this time I thought I was getting paid to listen…

Prepared (stop, look, and listen!) • 2. Concentrated (Focus on the speaker and message) • 3. Concentrate..more. (record details, refrain from interrupting, review what was said) • 4. Taking notes and studying them (write V.I.P ideas, word it your way, watch where you put it, wade through the info again)
