  7. Sample Workflow – Auto Routing We simply print the invoices to document management. The System tags the document with the invoice number and looks up other invoice attributes. The documents route to a sales manager for review if they meet our watch criteria or queue up to be emailed to the customers if they don’t need to be reviewed.

  8. Interactive AR Statement with drill down to supplemental Documents We digitally print the AR statements to the document mgmt system. The system automatically tags the statements with the $ outstanding per aging bracket. We can query the document archive, sort the search results by highest dollars in oldest aging bucket. And then drill down to see the associated invoices and supporting service call details. Now the document archive empowers the customer service / billing inquiry staff
