  3. RHA History • The Residence Hall Association originally began as the Men’s Residence Hall Council in 1964. • 2003 “School of the Year” in SAACURH • RHA has hosted 9 total conferences at UA. • RHA supports leadership in state and regional RHA organizations.

RHA Committees • Issues Tackling and resolving concerns of campus residents through RHA legislation and coordinated initiatives with HRC. • Programming Developing residents’ ideas into creative entertainment to broaden the focus of campus life through education and recreation. • Publicity Creating innovative tools of promotion and information to broadcast the opportunity in RHA leadership and activities throughout the residence hall community.

  7. National Residence Hall Honorary • The purpose of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is to recognize leaders within residence halls. • NRHH is made up of the top 1% of those leaders.
