  2. Focus • The term hack refer to a “quick-and-dirty” solution to a problem, or a clever way to something done. (Schuyler Erle, Mapping Hacks,2005) • Low barriers to experimentation mean that the system is "hacker friendly" for maximum innovation and Interoperability • The Google Earth/Map is cool. How to take advantage of it ?

  3. Why it is so cool? • Commercial GIS packages can do similar results provided by Google Earth in many years ago • But …. • Software (ex:ArcView) & Satellite Images is still too expensive for the public • No Rich Contents • Not "hacker friendly"
