Two Ways to Begin Exempt Determination Application • 1) From your “Home” page after logging in to IRBManager (starts on slide 3) • 2) When you are viewing the home page for a specific project (starts on slide 8) • Both methods are shown here • Either method is appropriate and takes you to the same location • Depends on where you are within IRBManager

3. Method 1: “Home” Page After Logging Into IRBManager 1) Click “0 xForms” – Note: you may have a number other than 0

5. Method 1 – Step 3 3) Click “Exemption Determination Application”

6. Method 1 – Step 4 4) Submit Application Exemption Determination
