  2. PrimarySchool No. 5 in Boguszów-Gorce,Poland We study in the Primary School No. 5 in Boguszów – Gorce. Our school is very old, it was built in 1903. Our parents and grandparents studied in this place, too. Thereareabout 350 studentsfrom 6 to 15 years old.

  4. OUR PATRON – Bronisław Malinowski Bronisław Malinowski is the patron of our school, he is one of the famous Polish sportsman. He won a gold medal in the 3000 m race during the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.

  5. Schoolyearcalendar In Poland, schoolyearstarts on the first of September and finishesinthelastweekinJune. Next, therearetwomonths of break- summerholiday. We alsohavegottwoweeks long winterholidays and one week long Christmas and Easter break.

  6. Thereare3 floorsinourschool. Thereare 14 classroomswheretheclasseshavethe most of theirlessons. We alsohavegotEnglish, Polish and ICT Labs. In thecommonroomstudentsspend time afterlessons. Behindtheschoolbuildingthereis a small garden withsomeplants.Thereis a playground for smallkids and thefootball pitch, where we oftenspend time afterschooland havesomeeventslikedads’ matches.

  14. Projects Our school is involved invarious projects: -Spring Alive (aboutbirdsmigrations, we contactwithAfricanschools) -eTwinning (nowit’sMeeting New Friends Project)

  15. We thinkourteachersarefriendly and helpful. • We spendabout 6-7 hours a dayatourschool, maybeitshould be morecolourful and pleasant,but we love time spendingthere! OUR SCHOOL
