COMMUNITY COUNCIL Structure of CC: • Head and Deputy Head of Rayon Council; • Heads of local communities; • Heads of CO • Community leaders who was delegated by the decision of the executive committees of village, town and city councils; • Mass media representatives Main functions of CC: • discussion and analysis of draft decisions and orders of Council; • create and support initiatives according to the interest of the community; • development and implementation of socio-economic and cultural development priorities in the rayon
