Overview • New CMOQ on-line scheduling system • Ministry Scheduling Pro – MSP • Gradual roll-out all Ministries • Tony is acting administrator until new Youth Technology group creates a Help Desk • If you are a CMOQ Minister/volunteer and received a welcome email, it contains: • The website link • User name • Password • If you need access email Tony • tunitas@terryandunitas.com

  3. The CMOQ Scheduling System • Simple Minister/user website interface • You determine your: • Preferred service times • Can’t serve times • Special preferences, i.e., family grouping, teams • Change it anytime

  4. More Features • View and print complete up to date online Rosters and Schedules at any time • Easy to request on-line swaps and trades • View and volunteer for vacant positions anytime • Email reminders for scheduled services

  12. Select a Service Time Click add Choose a service time You can have custom preferences for multiple Ministries

  13. Can’t Serve Times & Dates A variety of ways to indicate “can’t serve” times

  14. Email Reminders • You will receive email reminders a few days before you are scheduled for the upcoming weekend • It will contain • Your Ministry • Service time and a link to request a swap if you can’t serve • Your preferences in the system • Your login information • Your Ministry Head contact information • Technical support contact
