Evaluation • Used a questionnaire based on the Promoting Action on Research In Health Services (PARIHS) framework • Staff were taking the information back to the workplace and sharing and implementing it • “Reinforces best practice and gives most up to date guidance” • Falls “Information led to exploration of potential impact of calcium/vitamin D and medication review in care homes”
Evidence-Based Practice and Research Conferences and Training • Organised regional EBP conferences in 2007 and 2009 • Co-run research showcase events • Input into Trust research and clinical governance conferences • Deliver FY2 training • 5 Steps of EBP training with clinical effectiveness staff
