Problems working with NGO • Twice removed from the community • Difficult to get community feedback • How will the engineers take our advice? • We might not know what the community thinks of the NGO • Hopefully the vision of the NGO is similar to our vision (for working with the community) • Is the NGO organized and responsive? • We won’t know the NGO financial constraints • Will they be willing to give us money or supplies for building whatever we build
