Sky - 1 or 2 = Clear 3 or 4 = Cloudy 5 or 6 = Precipitation Wind - 1 or 2 = No Wind 3 or 4 = Light Winds 5 or 6 = High Winds Temperature - 1 or 2 = Low 3 or 4 = Medium 5 or 6 = High
