Feedback • To engage in trust-building activities that can be taken back and repeated at the building level. Evaluate strengths and weaknesses. What are your strengths/weaknesses in regards to this target?
Confront Reality • Take issues head-on, with respect. • Address the tough stuff directly – • Create a venue to discuss the “undiscussables” • Acknowledge the unsaid. • Lead out courageously in conversation. • Don’t skirt the real issues. • Don’t bury your head in the sand. • What you don’t confront – you condone.

Right Wrongs • Apologize quickly & sincerely. • Make things RIGHT when you’re WRONG. • Make restitution. • Don’t cover things up – BE HONEST. • BE HUMBLE • Don’t let personal pride get in the way. • Open the door to colleagues, be quick to forgive. • Do the right thing.
