RARF Survey • Survey sent on Aug 23 to all Resources • Are there any of the new data fields for which the RE will not able to obtain the data before October 1, 2012 (please see the attached list of new or updated RARF fields)?  • If so, please identify the data in question (specific data fields or data sets) and the issues with availability? • Please provide an estimated date by which you will be able to submit the new RARF data. • Do you have specific questions about any of the new data fields on RARF Version 5.1?  RARF Workshop 2

  3. Survey Results 204 Sites sent surveys 162 Responded - 42 did not answer Make Oct 1 Deadline? No – 111 Yes – 51 Actual – 15 (7%) Are there any of the new data fields for which the RE will not able to obtain the data before October 1, 2012 (please see the attached list of new or updated RARF fields)? No - 17 RARF Workshop 2

  4. Survey Outcomes • Most REs were not going to make October 1 deadline • Most questions concerning data on Planning tabs • Some specific changes could be made to improve the pass rate • Questions submitted are being handled one-on-one RARF Workshop 2

  5. RARF Actions • Since Aug 1 have made 158 separate rules changes • Changed Temperature De-rating fields on the Parameters, Generation, Wind, CC and CFG tabs to Warnings from Errors • Changed 62 Other Business rules • Change PTI Bus numbers on Unit Info tabs from Errors to Warnings • Since March 19 2012, have processed >670 RARF submissions RARF Workshop 2

  6. RARF Submittal Process • Post November 1, 2012 • 2 Options • Pass all the rules • Submit the “Data Compliance Mitigation Plan” form with each RARF submittal until all rules are passed RARF Workshop 2

  7. RARF Coming Changes • Trying to limit large changes • Next major version will allow for separate submission of forms • Solar and Energy Storage forms are still in development RARF Workshop 2
