  4. SES Vs Balloon-Deployed • Self-Expanding Stents are considered superior for two reasons • Maximize deployment precision • Minimize catheterization time

  5. Current Technology • Best of the Current Covered SESs • The Wallgraft and Corvita

  6. The need for improvement • Current covered SES have limited proven ability to prevent restenosis • Neurovascular interventionalists have limited options for cerebral stenting

  7. Project Goals • Select a stent covering • Covering will be mated with superior stent design • Investigate commercial polymers and cadaveric decellularlized material • Subject covering to filtration, deployment constraints
