  2. Aims: How can Historians use art as a source?

As an introduction to the Twentieth Century I have identified a series of pictures and images that typify/ sum up the events of a particular decade of the century.Your task is to study each picture and evaluate it to try and sum up the artists impression of that decade and try and speculate as to what happened in that decade. To do this you will need to fill out the worksheet provided.
