Who is Lynge Blak? • Lynge Blak was born in 1950 in Denmark • From Business College Lynge joined Danske Bank in 1968 and after an international career in banking, stock broking, IR and financial communication, he left the bank in 1994 and was until 2003 VP, Head of Investor Relations for large and small cap companies with international listings • In 2003 he established his own Pan-Nordic IR consultancy www.lyngeblak.com • In May 2008 he established an IR office in mainland China / Shanghai • In October 2009 he established a Limited IR- Company in Hong Kong • In cooperation with Hong Kong IR Association he teach in investor relations at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University • Lynge has been active in domestic and international IR organisations since 1997 • From 1997 to 2004 Chairman of the Danish IR Society • From 2003 to 2009 Chairman & CEO of International Investor Relations Federations Ltd.
