JAA Rulemaking Procedures and 2006 Ops Div Work Programme JAA Rulemaking Stabilisation Criteria:-  Proposals should only be progressed if they:-  Lead to a positive contribution to the JAAs aim for safety; or  Correct an acute implementation problem; or  Lead to alignment with ICAO Annexes or the EU; or  Lead to the implementation of new technological processes OST 06-1 26th Jan 06 Sue Bidmead CJAA OST Co-ordinator

NPA Programme 2006 • NPA-OPS 44, 57, 42, 49 - Deadline for presentation at OST 06-2 is 06/03/06 (Target JAAC 06-2 for adoption) • NPA-26 18 - Deadline for presentation at OST 06-2 is 06/03/06 (Target JAAC 06-2 for adoption) • TGL 41 and JIPs - Deadline for presentation at OST 06-2 is 06/03/06 (Target print 01/06/06) • NPA-OPS 46 - Deadline for presentation at OST 06-3 is 09/05/06 (Target JAAC 06-3 for adoption) • NPA-STD 11,12 - Deadline for presentation at OST 06-3 is 09/05/06 (Target JAAC 06-3 for adoption) • NPA-OPS 51, 55*, 56*, 45, 52, 54, 41, 58 - Target public consultation 01/03/06 to 01/06/06 (CRD etc to be ready by 06/07/06 (!) to meet target JAAC 06-4) * = 1 month pc OST 06-1 26th Jan 06 Sue Bidmead CJAA OST Co-ordinator
