Facts from Baden-Württemberg Leonardo mobility projects 2008 • 27 projects • 594 participants • funding about € 1.6 Mio Comenius projects • 74 projects mainly in general education field • funding about € 1.3 Mio. Funding by own BW programmes in VET • About 100 school partnerships • Involving about 2.000 students • Funding: a total of € 150.000
Students in Vocational Education in BW • about 377.000 students in vocational schools • about 3.000 students participate each year in international projects less than 1 % of students are involved in mobility measures What can be done ?
Central Idea of the ABB One region and three Academies in France (Region of Alsace, Academie de Strasbourg, Academie de Dijon, Academie de Lyon) and Federal State of BW established the “Akademie der beruflichen Bildung”
