Adaptability & Versatility • Adaptability • Defines how you adjust to changes • Versatility • Bringing a broad scope of skills to the table
Sensitivity • Sensitivity • the ability to appreciate other’s feelings & emotions

Anti-Static Tools • Tool Kits • Anti-static Wrist Strap • Anti-Static Mats • Always put components into anti-static bags
Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) • EMI- A magnetic field interfering with electronics • May cause permanent damage to pc and components • Never get close to a magnet
Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) • RFI • Many devices emit radio waves! • Examples include cell phones, wireless network cards, cordless phones, baby monitors, microwave ovens • Two devices close together creates a big problem!
