Researchers said, “Most striking findings…” • When a school offered rigorous Nebraska Career Education Programs of Study and showed how to plan a sequence of academic and career and technical education, it was related to a number of important student educational outcomes. • Schools implementing NCE academic and career plans/programs for students can expect reduced discipline problems, increased attendance and improved academic achievement (math & reading).
