  2. Platform and structures of organisation • .php program. • As much as possible should be possible to update directly at the web • One moderator from one organisation responsible for the portal • Every MSC has responsibility and updating access to their own page and parts of the portal

  3. Pictures, languages and design • Design is important • Nice pictures (geographic, cultural, social) • General information of the minority languages in English • General info in the respective minority language • Dominant part written in the national languages. • Documents in the language they are written in.

  4. Portal page • One logo for the whole region – WHICH? • Minority regional logos, Sápmi flag • Categorisation following nations. • News, conferences and cultural events from the whole region • News from Eurolang • Minority conferences in Europe and globally

  5. Structure • First page, logo • Links to national/regional pages, Sweden, Denmark, etc and Sápmi, Norway and Karelen. • Unified structure on all national/regional pages. Variation within the same theme

One portal for all pages • First page: General info, news, cultural events, links to all pages Link to a page with information of minoritiies in EU, global link collection, (perhaps the EBLUL page for this will do?) Links to digial maps from every region Marketing page Regional pictures, web cameras Data base for cultural and minority tourism: publishers, music companies, theatre associations, voluntary minority associations

Information on every “national” page • MS-committee: statutes, minutes, president, board members, addresses, telephones, e-mails, pictures (English) • General information of the minority region in English, the minority language/s and the national language: number of speakers, location of the region, about the language, social, cultural information, settlement history etc. Not more than 1-2 pages in total per region.

On every “national” page • Data base: categorised following themes, but one for all minority languages within the nation/region • Data base for culture: authors (short biography), musicians/singers, theatre, general cultural history, • Research data base: Articles in PDF-document. Categories: Juridical, socio linguistics, media, education, civil society, administration, government documents, socio-economic issues, tourism, general issues.
