The History Of Shofur Welcome to the wonderful world of Shofur.  Shofur is a nationwide company that organizes and arranges bus transportation for groups.  Currently Shofur service over 100 cities across the United States in over 40 states.  This makes Shofur the larges bus aggregator worldwide.  It’s main clientele includes Fortune 500s, non-profits, and many universities and schools.  What once started  as a small office in the City of Charlotte NC quickly grew.  After being awarded a contract for the Democratic National Convention, Shofur was able to prove itself and grew rapidly.  Next stop was NYC.

Shofur entered the New York market, what some consider the most competitive market in the bus industry.  Shofur was able to take a leading market position in NYC and surrounding areas within a few months.  After being awarded contracts by the New York City Public School System, Shofur rapidly began growing.  From NYC Shofur then moved to the second most competitive Market in the United States, Los Angeles.  The city of Angels was accepting of Shofur and allowed Shofur to take a leading market Position in Los Angeles also. Shofur won several contracts to take clients from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.

Shortly after dominating the Los Angeles market Shofur quickly moved to Atlanta GA.  Shofur saw the need the improve bus service efficiency in Atlanta GA.  Atlanta GA is a marvelous city that is rapidly growing.  It is at the center of the entertainment industry.  It is considered the Mecca of the hip hop industry and is gaining popularity in the movie industry.  Shofur quickly began services in Atlanta and also took a leading market position in the city Shortly after.  Shofur actually liked Atlanta GA so much that it decided to call Atlanta GA its headquarter.  Today Shofur services many of the universities in Atlanta GA and did receive contracts with Delta airlines and many other major Fortune 500s in Atlanta.

They say that everything is bigger in Texas.  We saw that Texas lacked an efficient booking process.  It is a major industry in the bus business and has hundreds of reservations daily.  Each one of these reservations does not go through one centralized booking system.  Shofur stepped in and made the bus reservation system easier for not only those looking to book buses but also the bus companies.  Today Shofur services 4 of the largest cities in Texas: Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, & Austin.  These major market players help Shofur not only take a leading market position in Texas but throughout the United States overall.
