  4. CPS – Contributory Pension Scheme • Centralized Uploading from September 2016 onwards • Foreign Service uploading is initiated – • Separate page for NPS is developed • DDO Registration process completed • Missing Credit Instructions ere issued Achievements

Monthly Accounts.. • Timely submission of Monthly Accounts to AG [18th to 20th] • Reduction in Missing Vouchers – (Joint Verification) • Reduction in Misclassification - (Class IV – Regular – CPS) • Reconciliation enforcement by CCO • Reduction of Pendency in Submission of DC Bills reduced • from 500 crores to 307 crores • Introduced Online Monthly Reconciliation System for DDOs • - mandatory for preparation of next month bill Achievements

  6. Class IV GPF.. • Class IV GPF posting of data is completed upto 10/2017 • Payments done in parent STO code Achievements

  7. Deposits.. • Updation of ZPGPF Subscriptions of New Districts completed • PD Accounts Balances updated as per the Balances of • Ledger [85% PD Accounts are updated] • 92325 SBI New Cheque Books Printed and disbursed to all • the Treasury Offices – with new IFSC Codes. Achievements

  8. Office Administration • Inspections are completed for 16 Districts • Promotions to higher Categories during panel year 2016 -17 • Upgradation of District Heads to the Category of DD / AD Achievements

Treasury Software Packages - Online Pension Package.. • Data Entry uneditable PDF format • Edit option – Centralized DDs Login • SFTP Transfer of files to Banks • Web service for transfer cases [LPC] • Transfer / Death cases – Validations [same PPO, Aadhar] • Aadhar linkage verification of Pensioner with Employee ID • Pay Bank Report Finilization by 27th of every month. Achievements

  10. Treasury Software Packages - HRMS.. • All Salary & Contingent bills are made mandatory • Surrender Leave Claims were regulated • PRC Arrears Package is developed • DDO Login – Passwords Encrypted • Online Reconciliation facility for DDOs Achievements

Treasury Software Packages - IMPACT.. • Passwords are Encrypted – Automatic change for • every 15 days • Two level Audit at each Treasury is Mandatory • Extra Reports for CPS are enabled • Regulating Deposits and ZPPF – Nearly 28000 PD • Administrators Balances were updated to IMPACT • Dialogue box facility provided for day to day problems • arising at District level Achievements

Treasury Software Packages - IMPACT.. • Porting the Electronic data of PPO details from AG to the • DTOs [Pilot project initiated in Ranga Reddy Dist • No Manual intervention of receiving the data] • Electronic data in r/o all recoveries is being downloaded by • the AG through the HRMS data – [100 %] Achievements

  13. INFRASTRUCTURE.. • Internet speed increased with an additional expenditure of • Rs.60 Lakhs • 4G Mobile Internet is provided to all the Treasury Officers • Hiring Vehicles were provided for all the DTOs - GO RT.No. 2049 Finance (EBS.-I) dt: 19.12.2017 for • Rs.44,00,000/- Achievements

  14. e-Payments.. • Scholarships – Posting of Response File (Automatic) • Reduced Resubmissions – [Savings A/Cs reconciliation • with Banks] • Programme for Chron for deletion and addition of 3rd Party Achievements

Web Services.. • GHMC – CDMA – Link established – [ Death Certificate] • Multiple HOA Receipt Entry – [ For Transport, Mines & • Geology ] • GST – online web portal reporting system • [ From RBI & GSTN ] • Forest Department Accounts – [ through Treasury ] • Centralized Transfer Duty - [ Stamps and Registration Dept ] Achievements

  16. Pending Issues with Government • Providing infrastructure for Rs. 22.00 Crores • [Modular Offices of STOs and DTOs • Upgradation of Internet Circuits with BSNL 40 & 20 MPBS • [Band Width – Speed of Web Portal ] • Posts Upgradation[ 21 DTOs and 2 ATOs for each DTO ] • Posts in Revenue earning Departments • Additional funds for Travelling Allowance and POL
