The Three Little Pigs

1. The Three Little Pigs • Once upon a time there lived three little pigs called Porky, Pinky and Perky. One summer’s day they each decided to build a house.

2. Porky decided to build a house made out of straw.

3. The second little pig called Pinky, decided to build a house out of sticks

4. The third little pig called Perky wanted to build the strongest house and so built his house of stone.

5. Whilst the pigs were building their houses a hungry wolf was watching them, licking his lips and thinking of food!

6. When the pigs were tucked up in their beds in their new homes, the wolf decided to take his chance.

7. The first house the wolf decided to visit was the house of straw made by Pinky.

8. The wolf knocked on the door , but the little pig would not answer. • So the wolf said “Little pig, little pig let me come in” and the little pig replied “Not by the hairs on my chinny chin chin”.

9. Refusing to leave the wolf replied, “Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down”.

10. So, the wolf huffed and puffed and blew the little pig’s house down. The little pig quickly escaped to his friends house made of sticks.

11. But the wolf followed him to the house of sticks ! Once again he knocked on the door and said “Little pigs, little pigs let me come in” and the pigs replied “ Not by the hairs on my chinny chin chin”.

12. So once again the wolf huffed and he puffed and he blew the house down. But, the little pigs managed to escape.

13. Finally, the wolf came to the third little pigs house made of bricks. “Little pigs” he called “Little pigs let me come in”, “not by the hairs of our chinny chin chins” they cried.

14. So the wolf huffed and puffed, but could not blow the house down.

15. The wolf became very angry and climbed onto the roof to look down the chimney, but he slipped and fell down the chimney and landed in a pot of boiling water which the little pigs had just planned.

16. The little pigs laughed and had a party to celebrate their victory.
