  5. What is the Value? • More to be desired are they than gold, even much fine gold...

  6. What is the Value? • The Word gives LIFE! • The law of the LORD is perfect, reviving the soul • Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God (Mt 4:4)

  7. What is the Value? • The Word gives WISDOM! • The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple • The commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes

  8. What is the Value? • The Word gives JOY! • The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart • Sweeter also than honey and drippings of the honeycomb

  9. Suggestions • Just read assignment for each day. • Read out loud. • Pray before and after reading. • Keep the reading plan in Bible. • Journal. • Designate a time and a place. • Get accountability partner.
