Scaption • No shrugging • Raise arms at 45 degree angle, leading with thumbs • Raise to shoulder height, then slowly lower to hips
External Rotation • Towel roll under elbow • Keep shoulder blade stable, “down and back” • Don’t “roll” your shoulder
Push Up Plus • Lean onto table/counter/couch • Lower into a push up and return • Finish with a “plus” – Push mid-back outward
