10. Based not only on opinion but on what I have researched, I would choose the Kia over the Scion. I believe the Soul looks a lot better and it also tested a lot safer. I would say that the better car, the safer car. The safer car is the Kia . The only downfall is that every model comes with the 5 speed manual transmission. The 4 speed automatic is an option for extra money. So if you can’t drive stick and you want a Soul, then you might be paying an extra 1000 dollars. When I read the reviews, it seemed like a lot of people said that it is a fun, easy car to drive. It has a lot of space even though it doesn’t appear to. thecarconnection.com says the bottom line is: “The 2010 Kia Soul outsmarts fun urban wagons like the Scion xb and Nissan Cube with uniquely kicky styling, more room, and an easygoing attitude.
