  2. Final Fuel Adjustment The Final Fuel Adjustment Procedure is as follows: 1) ETD-90 MIN or earlier: Prepare fuel sheet from DBS. (DBS fuel sheet icon will show up 2-3 hours before ETD) NOTE:The ideal start time for fueling should be at: ETD-(50+ Fuel to be added in LB/10000) Minutes 2) Copy remaining fuel, pre-select the TOTAL FUEL amount setting, and pump on TOTAL FUEL into tanks.

Final Fuel Adjustment 3) ETD-50 MIN: a) FUEL_ADJ_INFO available : Get Final Fuel figure from ACARS FUEL_ADJ_INFO or crew. b) No FUEL_ADJ_INFO : Get Final Fuel figure from crew. 4) Continue pump on fuel according to FINAL FUEL(LBS) if required and complete the refueling with tolerance -100/+100 LBS(B738) , -200/+200 LBS(A340/A330) and -200/+500 LBS(B744) , then copy down POST SERVICE FUEL.

  4. Final Fuel Adjustment 5) Confirm the fuel amount and make flight crew sign on the fuel sheet prepared at step1) . 6) After acceptance ,flight crew will tear down the first copy of fuel sheet and the rest one is kept by mechanics & return to CI representative.

  6. After entering ID and Password,click “Submit”

  7. Download the FUEL EXCEL file from here for backup, in case the DBS fuel sheet is not available Select station 1. Select the FLT you need (e.g. CI0605) . 2. Enter the actual DENSITY(e.g. 6.77 ),then click the FUEL SHEET icon(DBS Fuel Sheet icon will show up 2-3 hours before ETD) Enter actual DENSITY

  8. Print out the fuel sheet from DBS First Copy： Fill full information required after refueling is completed. 1st Copy:Kept by flight crew Tear here 2nd Copy:Kept by ML Second Copy: Fill Metered Fuel Added,Remaining Total and Post Service Total only by ML / GHA.
