Health and Wellness Options Together, we as the community members of central Michigan, including the counties of Arenac, Clare, Gladwin, Isabella, Osceola and Roscommon, will improve our overall health and promote wellness. Work together to improve the overall health and promote the wellness of the community members in the central Michigan counties of Arenac, Clare, Gladwin, Isabella, Osceola and Roscommon.

Additional Health Indicators Additional county specific information packages are being prepared with data from the US Department of Health Community Health Status Indicators Report located at www.communityhealth.hhs.gov. The packages contain information on • Demographics • Vulnerable Populations • Access to Care • National Leading Causes of Death by Age Group • Risk Factors for Premature Death • Measures of Birth and Death • Relative Health Importance • Infectious Disease Cases • Environmental Health
8. Additional Health Indicators CMDHD is in process of developing an additional set of approximately 40 indicators regarding mortality, morbidity, and health factors. The data will be by county.
