An inside look at the u.s. NAVY SEALS GENRE : NON FICTION AUTHOR : JOE FUNK BY: SPENCER ALEXANDER
summary • This book gives us a look at the navy SEALs. SEAL stands for sea land and air. They have one of the most dangerous jobs ever. To be in the SEALs you have to be men from the navy or coast guard and be smart fit and mentally tough. They do most missions at night. The SEALs use lots of vehicles like the gmv(car) the SEAL delivery vehicle(boat) and the c130(plain). They also use lots of weapons like the m4 carbine. The SEALs have conducted a lot of amazing missions, but the best was the Bin laden mission.
Recommendation • I recommend this book because: • because its full of facts • it teaches everything about the seals
What I learned • I learned that they have to be from the Navy or Coast Guard. I also learned that seal stands for sea land and air.
How I would apply this knowledge: • If I wanted to be a seal, I’d have to be from the navy or coast guard.
