Basic Requirements • Male and a U.S. citizen • 17-28 years of age • Pass physical screening test • Pass dive medical physical • Pass Armed Services VAP test • Be eligible for secret-level security clearance
Training • Prep School • BUDs School • Hell week • Parachute Jump school • SEAL qualification training • Advanced Training and team Placement
Salary • Enlistment • $50,000- $60,000 • Promotions/ Medals • Bonus varies • Missions • $150,000
Schedule • State side • 0500- get up and ready • Daily workout • Eat breakfast • Run 9 miles to mess • Then sleep

Additional Information • Only 2,500 SEALs • 200-250 of 1000 don’t pass BUDs • No high school classes needed • No college degree needed
