  2. Kaibigan, Kapanalig Ang atas ka sa inyo mga kaibigan ko, ay magmahalan kayo, tulad ng pag- mamahal ko sainyo. May hihigit pa kayang dakila sa pag-ibig na laang ialay ang buhay alang alang sa kaibigan. Kayo nga’y kaibigan ko kung matutupad ninyo ang iniaatas ko.

  3. Kayo di na alipin kundi kaibigan ko. Lahat nang mula sa Ama ’y nalahad ko na sainyo Kayo’’y hinirang ko, di ako ang hinirang n’yo Loob kong humayo kayo at magbunga ng ibayo. Ito nga ang siyang utos ko nabilin ko sa inyo. Magmahalan kayo! Magmahalan kayo!

  4. INTRODUCTION Leader : Good Morning Brothers and Sisters in Christ. Welcome to our second day of the conference. We are all Youth Ministers: Chosen by Christ… We begin this day invoking God’s assistance in all our activities as we celebrate the memorial of the Guardian Angels.

  5. The Word: Leader: A proclamation of the Holy Gospel according to John (15:5 - 16) All: Glory to you, Lord.

  6. Male: 5: “I am the vine and you are the branches. Thosewho remain in me and I in them, will bear much fruit, for you can do nothing without me.

  7. Female 6: Those who do not remain in me are thrown out like a branch and dry up; such branches are gathered up and thrown into the fire, where they are burned.

  8. Male: 7: If you remain in me and my words remain in you, then you will ask for anything you wish, and you shall have it.

  9. Female: 8: My Father’s glory is shown by your bearing much fruit and in this way you become my disciples.

  10. Male: 9: I love you just as the Father loves me; remain in my love. Female:10: If you obey my commandments, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father’s commands and remain in his love.

  11. Male: 11: I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy maybe complete. Female:12: My commandment is this: love one another, just as I love you.

  12. Male: 13: The greatest love you can have for your friends is to give your life for them. Female: 14: And you are my friends if you do what I command you.

  13. Male: 15: I do not call you servants any longer, because servants do not know what their master is doing. Instead, I call you friends, because I have told you everything I heard from my Father.

  14. Female: 16: You did not choose me, I chose you and appointed you to go and bear much fruit, the kind of fruit that endures.

  15. Leader: The Good News of our salvation. All: Praise to you, Lord, Jesus Christ.

  17. Male Reader 1: Youth Minister is one who is convinced that serving the young is a VOCATION – a response and a way of using the gifts given at Baptism.

  18. Female Reader 1: Youth minister is also a FIRM BELIEVER in youth ministry as a community, not a private apostolate.

  19. Male Reader 2: Youth Minister nurtures a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD, and openly express this.

  20. Female Reader 2: Youth Minister is secure about his/her UNIQUE IDENTITY and is striving towards greater maturity.

  21. Male Reader 3: Youth Minister is a COMPANION of the young in their life-journey, sharing their joys and sorrows, their cares and concerns.

  22. Female Reader 3: Youth Minister acts as a LINK with the hierarchy… and has the responsibility to inform those concerned of the needs of the ministry whether material or spiritual.

  23. Male Reader 4: Youth Minister is CONSCIOUS OF THE NEED to be renewed and refreshed along his/her journey as a minister.

  24. Female Reader 4: Youth Minister has a need TO BE MINISTERED TO,TO BE SUPPORTED, CHALLENGED, AFFIRMED,AND CONFIRMED in his/her ministry.

  25. Leader: As we celebrate today the feast of our Guardian Angels, let us implore their constant guide and protection, together let us say:

  26. “God our Father, in your loving providence, you send your holy angels to watch over us. Hear our prayers, defend us always by their protection, and let us share your life with them for ever. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.”(Opening Prayer, Feast of the Guardian Angels)

  27. Priest : The Lord be with You All : And with your spirit Priest :May almighty God Bless you the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. All : Amen
