Project CARV A 2 year demonstration project aiming to reduce alcohol related violence in three areas: • Rotorua • Hastings/Napier • Queenstown
Project CARV Aim: to further develop collaborative and effective approaches to Alcohol Related Violence reduction initiatives and services in the three selectedcommunities through coordination, liaison and research, leading to the implementation of evidenced based practice and actions plans.
Project CARV Along with building on current alcohol-related violence reduction policy work and provide an excellent opportunity to share experiences of methods of managing the reduction of alcohol related violence
Project CARV Involved active partnership between: • Territorial Authorities, • Police, • District Health Boards and • The Crime Prevention Unit on both a national and local level
