Implementation model • Principle of Implementing Agent acting within collaborative governance structures • Main focus on physical water loss reduction • Includes awareness and education program (behaviour change) • Selected priority areas (Sebokeng / Evaton wards) • Retrofitting and repair of leaking pipes, taps, toilets, valves • Local skills development.
