The “Hats”– Methodology • Visualise the structure needed for a “hat” in 6 months’ time – to the exclusion of all others • Analyse where that structure is now • Is there a plan to move to 6 month position • Is the plan allocated a: - priority, timing, responsibility and authority? • If so – remove the ”hat” and move to next one • If not – Rectify the situation and DO IT!

  8. The Intervention • Meeting driven • Starts with Vision, Mission and Org structure • Focuses on strategy, systems and procedures • Requires client sign-off at all levels • Is a collaborative exercise • Objective is to create a solid foundation for business growth

  11. The Monitoring Phase • To ensure that strategies, systems and procedures are being adhered to • Attendance at regular staff/management meetings • Review of results/financial performance on a monthly basis
