  5. Bloom’s Taxonomy • Sort and label strips according to the Bloom’s Taxonomy handout. • Engage in a dialogue justifying and defending why each question belongs in a specific group.

  6. Process • Brainstorm: When do you currently use higher level questioning? • Share: How does Common Core lend itself to using higher level questioning strategies? • Connect: What are the specific connections to 3b (see “Indicators” on pg. 65)? • Discuss: What are three specific activities or teaching opportunities where students could direct questioning in the classroom.
