Here are some hints for getting off to a good start in your college classes:
Post these and add photos/pictures 1. Be early to class. 2. Be involved in class. 3. Pay attention in class. 4. Turn your cell phone off.
Post these and add photos/pictures 5. Don’t ask offensive questions. (Will we have to know this for the test? When is class done today?) 6. Be honest. 7. Ask for help early. 8. Don’t argue about your grades.

The resources provided in the series can be used for bulletin boards, programs, as part of newsletters or websites, or as flyers. The go to class segment can easily be turned into a program by inviting faculty, alumni, or upper class students to talk about how attendance can make a big difference at college.
