Empowering Rural Children through Sports Education at RDF

RDF was established to provide quality education to rural, underprivileged children in Telangana. With over 2161 children enrolled in 4 schools and 1 Junior College in 4 villages, RDF offers a holistic education model focusing on academics, life skills, and extracurricular activities. The organization's sports program aims to build teamwork, cooperation, and healthy competition among students, with dedicated Physical Education Teachers and training camps. Students have excelled at various levels, winning medals and even securing jobs in prestigious organizations like Railways, Army, and Police. Notable alumni include V. Pranitha, who represented India at the Beijing Olympics and continues to excel in Archery. RDF's sports achievements, including victories in Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, and athletics, showcase the talent nurtured within the organization. The support from corporates, funding agencies, and individuals has further enriched RDF's mission to empower rural children through sports education.

About Rural Development Foundation Educate • RDF was set up to provide quality education to rural, underprivileged children in Telangana • It has grown from 80 students in 1 school in 1 village in 1996 to over 2161 children enrolled in 4 schools and 1 Junior College in 4 villages • 150 locally sourced dedicated, teaching & non teaching staff • Provides access to quality education: holistic model incorporating academic, life skills and extra curricular activities Kalleda Engage Matendla Rollakal Empower RDF VAPV JC Redlawada

  6. Celebrating Our Sporting Success RDF student G. Praneetha won a gold medal at the National level Archery competitions held at TATA sports complex-Jharkhand. She also won the silver medal in the Individual Archery competition. Educate G. Pranitha, P. Laxman Rao, P. Poorna Rajesh and D. Notable Achievements of RDF Educate Support to Govt. schools RDF is extending its support to improve the quality of education in Govt. schools with the support of corporate funding RDF Supporters RDF is supported by corporates, funding agencies, individuals from India and abroad. Engage Rural & Urban RDF maintains mutual support system with urban schools. Yearly visits, participation in events takes place between RDF rural schools and urban schools Sports schools 29 children were selected into Govt. sports schools at district and state level from RDF schools up till this year.
