Air Emissions and Energy Development Paper session Wednesday, 30 May | 14:30 – 16:15 | Infante Air emissions represent a substantial impact from energy use. What new technologies should be considered when attempting to decrease emissions from a power plant or other energy source? What are the advantages, disadvantages, and constraints of these new technologies? This session focuses on EIA approaches used to reduce air emissions and carbon footprint for proposed projects. This session is particularly focused on the air quality assessment and its follow-up process for renewable energy and more alternatives including abatement technologies.
