  8. New to Diploma Exams for 2012-2013 • Diploma Practice Items Special-format practice tests are for practice only. The provision of these tests does not imply that the student using it will be granted accommodations in the writing of a diploma examination/provincial achievement test. For more information about accommodations for the writing of a diploma examination/provincial achievement test, please refer to the Alberta Education website at education.alberta.ca. Tests to be available through the Learning Resource Centre. The first tests to be available will be for those subjects with November examinations (ELA 30-2, Math 30-1, Chemistry 30 and Physics 30). • These tests are for special formats ONLY, and are composed of items that have already been made public.
